DISCIPLINES

Comprising three cascading towers unified by sky decks and a vibrant retail spine, Oxley Towers redefines civic life through layered public access, contextual design, and landmark architecture. The development houses two luxury hotels, premium serviced residences, office spaces, and a dynamic retail component—offering a truly integrated live-work-play environment.

ARCHITECTURE

Rising in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, Oxley Towers is a striking ensemble of three asymmetrical, cascading skyscrapers totalling 280,000 m² of built-up area.

Set back from the main road, the towers form a generous forecourt that invites the public into an urban corridor—a landscaped, sheltered pedestrian spine that cuts through the city block. This “indoor street” connects bustling Jalan Ampang to the tranquil KLCC Park and adjacent mosque, introducing human scale and permeability to an otherwise high-density urban zone. Rooftop restaurants and outdoor viewing decks further democratize access to skyline experiences, embracing the principle of noblesse oblige within a luxury development.

The towers’ facades feature a distinctive diagonal motif inspired by Malaysian weaving traditions, expressed through sun-shading fins and layered glazing. These textured curtain walls animate the towers’ form, creating a constantly shifting profile from every angle. More than a commercial precinct, Oxley Towers is envisioned as a civic destination—offering public connectivity, cultural resonance, and architectural presence in the evolving KLCC landscape.

LANDSCAPE

In addition to architectural design, VERITAS also provided a comprehensive landscape consultancy service for the Oxley Towers. The project includes a two-storey retail galleria, a 29-storey strata office tower, the 78-storey So Sofitel luxury hotel and serviced residences, and the 49-storey Jumeirah luxury hotel and serviced residences. The landscape design aims to complement the dynamic urban environment of Kuala Lumpur’s city center, promising a landmark destination that integrates retail, business, hospitality, and residential components within a cohesive landscaped setting.
