Residensi Astrea is a luxury 37-storey condominium nestled in the heart of Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, offering elevated urban living with a strong focus on integrated outdoor spaces. Landscaped gardens form the central narrative of the development, offering aesthetic value and environmental comfort within a high-density residential setting.

LANDSCAPE

The design adopts a modern contemporary language that harmonizes with the architectural expression of the residence. Central to the scheme is the podium level, where a series of well-curated outdoor amenities are strategically placed. This includes a swimming pool, leisure terraces, and garden nooks that cater to a wide range of residents—from children to seniors.

The landscape design enhances the microclimate with strategic planting for shading and cooling, while also providing flexible social and recreational spaces. These green areas serve as an urban oasis, fostering a sense of community and well-being. The result is a tranquil yet dynamic living environment that reflects the aspirations of modern condominium living in a premier Kuala Lumpur address.

ENVIRONMENT

The project showcases our commitment to sustainability through advanced façade OTTV calculations, daylight studies, and rainwater harvesting calculations, contributing to its GreenMark  Certification. These efforts help optimize energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and ensure better use of natural resources, supporting environmentally responsible design.
