VERITAS Planning has designed Medini Innopolis to be a bold and forward-looking masterplan to reposition itself as a dynamic and competitive city-region. Situated within the Iskandar Puteri Flagship Development Zone, the project integrates innovative planning, sustainable practices, and strategic economic positioning to unlock its potential as a resilient, low-carbon, and inclusive urban hub.

LANDSCAPE

The masterplan focuses on strategic reinvigoration, replanning, and promotional programming to establish Medini’s role among larger cities as an economic hub. Medini Innopolis combines the integration of top-down analysis of industry opportunities and challenges with a bottom-up approach focused on developing potentials to complement local ecosystems.

This results in four key pillars for long-term value creation for the development, its residents and workers: sustainability strategies to reduce environmental impact, economic drivers and real estate outlook to stimulate investment opportunities and regional economic growth, and development concepts for a comprehensive and vibrant community.

Medini Innopolis has won The Best Township Masterplan Design Award by The PropertyGuru Asia Awards 2024 for its commitment to achieving a low carbon, net-zero status while promoting economic growth and inclusivity.
