DISCIPLINES
Nestled atop the iconic Norman Foster building, Strato at Troika Sky Dining on Level 23 redefines elevated dining with a bold, double-volume interior design concept that unfolds as a continuous spatial journey. Designed as a series of intimate corners, bridges, and gantry-like walkways, the restaurant offers layered dining experiences within a fluid, open volume.
INTERIORS
The design contrasts the sleek modern lines with rustic, industrial finishes—exposed steel beams, raw fair-face concrete walls, black lacquered steel surfaces, richly-veined Venetian marble, and terracotta floor tiles—conveying a sense of muted grandeur and exclusivity.
Wine rooms and drinks bars break this flow, revealing new views while introducing key spatial moments to the diners. Further along the pathway, a raised marble platform floats above a reflective pool, creating a dramatic yet serene dining setting. Ambient lighting and copper-accented furnishings add depth to the experience, anchored by a bold, black-painted steel and timber floating spiral staircase. The executed design plays with contrast and flow, complimented by the spectacular sweeping views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline.
