QIWARI Energy Capital (TENAGA SMART City) is an innovative and sustainable urban development project designed to shape the future of Malaysia’s energy and smart city landscapes. Spanning 578 acres, this visionary city integrates smart infrastructure, green mobility, and wellness-focused amenities to set a new benchmark for liveable, future-ready urban environments.

PLANNING

The project prioritizes sustainable growth through multi-modal transportation, green spaces, and smart infrastructure, including high-speed internet, sensor networks and public Wi-Fi hotspots. Health-conscious community features, such as wellness centers, healing parks, sports hubs, cycling tracks and healthcare facilities, aim to foster a vibrant and active lifestyle for residents.

The design for the masterplan also promotes cultural vibrancy and accessibility with pedestrian-friendly environments, green corridors, and inclusive urban spaces. The development leverages existing infrastructure, integrating smart technologies to optimize utilities, safety, and citizen engagement.
