This eco-friendly retreat is designed for a peaceful escape from the hectic city life, where the guests can unwind and reconnect with nature.

Proudly GreenRE Gold certified, VanaVasa Resort exemplifies a commitment to sustainability. The efforts that brought about this achievement began with energy efficiency studies for a design with daylight optimization and high indoor quality. Each design feature ensures the overall comfort and well-being of its guests while supporting its environmentally responsible design.

Key Sustainable Features:

Minimal west-facing windows to reduce heat gain.
Insulated metal deck roofs to block solar heat.
Natural ventilation in all common areas.
High efficient LED lights integrated with daylight sensor system
Over 90% of water fittings certified under Water Efficient Product
Labelling Scheme (WELPS)
Electric buggies are used within the development to reduce emissions.
Low VOC building materials and adhesives
Efficient concrete usage with CUI=0.56 m3/m2
