KampungKu 4.0

On 9th and 10th September 2024, the VERITAS Fund for Excellence (VFE) team, led by VFE President Zubair Hazni, visited Kampung Chuweh and Kampung Karagk at the Royal Belum State Park in Perak. The team, in collaboration with JOTUN, IJM, and ECOMy, provided portable photovoltaic panels and artificial solar-powered lighting to the Orang Asli communities living without access to electricity.

These solar lighting would enhance the quality of life, as well as foster a sense of security by improving safety in the communities. This initiative highlights VFE’s ongoing commitment to sustainable solutions that create meaningful impact for underserved communities across Malaysia.
