Tree Planting Initiative at Dragonfly Park Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang

Project Kampungku 3.0 is a renewable energy initiative aimed at bringing artificial lighting to Orang Asli villages across rural Malaysia. This third venture in the initiative took place on the 12th and 13th of September 2020 with a joint expedition to Taman Negara by representatives from VERITAS, Haskell and EcoMy.

The VERITASians, led by Venuthan Ganasan, worked closely with the indigenous tribes of Kampung Atok to educate on correct usage of photovoltaic panels to provide artificial lighting. The team additionally delivered essential grocery supplies to support the 23 families residing in the village.
